Digital Tech Zone অনলাইন ডেলিভারি শর্তাবলি

বর্তমানে বাংলাদেশের যেকোনো প্রান্তে নির্দিষ্ট পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে Cash on Delivery (COD) সুবিধা প্রদান করা হয়।

১. ডেলিভারি পদ্ধতি

অনলাইন অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে নির্ধারিত ডেলিভারি চার্জ / কুরিয়ার চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে।
ঢাকা ও নিকটবর্তী কিছু এলাকায় আমাদের নিজস্ব ডেলিভারি সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে পণ্য সরবরাহ করা হয়।
দেশের অন্যান্য এলাকায় নির্ভরযোগ্য কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে পণ্য ডেলিভারি করা হবে।

২. অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট

কুরিয়ার মাধ্যমে ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে পণ্যের সম্পূর্ণ অথবা আংশিক মূল্য বিকাশ / নগদ / ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার / অনলাইন পেমেন্টের মাধ্যমে অগ্রিম প্রদান করে অর্ডার কনফার্ম করতে হবে।
উচ্চমূল্যের পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে আংশিক অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।

৩. ডেলিভারি সময়

সাধারণত অর্ডার কনফার্ম হওয়ার পর ১ থেকে ৩ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন করা হয়।
দূরবর্তী এলাকায় ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে সময় কিছুটা বেশি লাগতে পারে।

৪. কুরিয়ার চার্জ

কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে পাঠানো পণ্যের সম্পূর্ণ কুরিয়ার চার্জ ক্রেতাকে বহন করতে হবে।
কিছু নির্দিষ্ট এলাকায় ডেলিভারি করতে অতিরিক্ত চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।

৫. পণ্যের স্টক

অর্ডারকৃত পণ্য স্টকে না থাকলে ক্রেতার সম্মতিক্রমে
- অন্য পণ্য প্রদান করা হবে অথবা
- অগ্রিম প্রদান করা অর্থ রিফান্ড করা হবে।

৬. ডেলিভারি গ্রহণ

ডেলিভারি সাধারণত বিল্ডিংয়ের মেইন গেট পর্যন্ত প্রদান করা হয়।
কিছু ক্ষেত্রে নির্দিষ্ট ফ্ল্যাটে ডেলিভারি সাময়িকভাবে সীমিত থাকতে পারে।

৭. পেমেন্ট কনফার্মেশন

পেমেন্ট কনফার্মেশনের এসএমএস পাওয়ার পর ৩ দিনের মধ্যে পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন করতে হবে।
নির্ধারিত সময়ের পরে পেমেন্ট করলে পণ্যের স্টক বা মূল্য পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

৮. প্রোডাক্ট কোয়ালিটি চেক

গ্রাহকদের সর্বোচ্চ মানের সেবা নিশ্চিত করার জন্য কিছু ক্ষেত্রে Product Quality Check (QC) করা হতে পারে।
QC সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর প্রোডাক্ট পুনরায় প্যাক করে ডেলিভারি করা হবে।

৯. পণ্য গ্রহণের সময় সতর্কতা

আমরা Close Box Policy অনুযায়ী ডেলিভারি করে থাকি।
ডেলিভারির সময় প্রোডাক্ট খোলা যাবে না।
বাসায় গিয়ে প্রোডাক্ট খোলার সময় একটি ভিডিও ধারণ করে রাখা অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।
কোনো সমস্যা থাকলে ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে ভিডিওসহ আমাদের জানাতে হবে।

১০. মূল্য সংক্রান্ত বিষয়

ওয়েবসাইটের কারিগরি ত্রুটির কারণে কোনো পণ্যের মূল্য বাজার মূল্যের সাথে অসঙ্গতিপূর্ণ হলে Digital Tech Zone কর্তৃপক্ষ অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

স্টোর পিক (Store Pickup) সুবিধা

Digital Tech Zone থেকে অর্ডার করা পণ্য গ্রাহক চাইলে স্টোর থেকে সংগ্রহ (Store Pickup) করতে পারবেন।

এজেন্ট কনফার্মেশনের পরে নির্ধারিত সময়ে স্টোর থেকে পণ্য সংগ্রহ করতে হবে।
নির্দিষ্ট স্টোরে পণ্য স্টক না থাকলে অন্য স্টোর থেকে ট্রান্সফার করা হতে পারে।
এ ক্ষেত্রে অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
কনফার্মেশনের ৩ দিনের মধ্যে পণ্য সংগ্রহ না করলে অর্ডার বাতিল হতে পারে।

এক্সপ্রেস ডেলিভারি শর্তাবলি

Digital Tech Zone এর Express Delivery Service নিম্নোক্ত শর্তে প্রযোজ্য:

শুধুমাত্র স্টকে থাকা পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে এক্সপ্রেস ডেলিভারি দেওয়া হয়।
পণ্যের আকার ও ওজন অনুযায়ী এক্সপ্রেস ডেলিভারি চার্জ নির্ধারণ করা হয়।
দুপুর ১১টার আগে অর্ডার কনফার্ম করলে একই দিনে ডেলিভারি করা হতে পারে।
দুপুর ১১টার পরে অর্ডার কনফার্ম হলে পরবর্তী কর্মদিবসে ডেলিভারি করা হবে।
বড় বা ভারী পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে সময় পরিবর্তন হতে পারে।

Digital Tech Zone Online Delivery Terms & Conditions

Digital Tech Zone provides reliable and fast delivery services across Bangladesh. The following terms and conditions apply to all online orders.

1. Delivery Coverage

Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for selected products across Bangladesh.
Delivery is provided through our own delivery service in selected areas and through trusted courier partners in other regions.

2. Delivery Charges

Applicable delivery or courier charges will be added depending on the delivery location and product size/weight.
For courier deliveries, the full courier charge must be borne by the customer.

3. Advance Payment

For courier deliveries, customers may need to pay partial or full payment in advance through:
- bKash
- Nagad
- Bank Transfer
- Online Payment Gateway
Orders will be confirmed only after payment verification.

4. Delivery Time

Standard delivery time is usually 1 to 3 working days after order confirmation.
Delivery time may vary depending on location, product availability, or courier schedules.

5. High-Value Orders

For higher-value products, partial advance payment may be required before processing the order.

6. Product Availability

If an ordered product becomes out of stock, Digital Tech Zone may:
- Offer an alternative product with the customer’s approval, or
- Provide a refund for the paid amount.

7. Delivery Reception

Delivery is typically made at the building entrance or main gate.
Delivery inside apartments or specific floors may not always be available.

8. Payment Confirmation

After receiving the payment confirmation SMS, customers must complete the payment within 3 days.
Delayed payments may result in stock unavailability or price changes.

9. Product Quality Check (QC)

To ensure the best service quality, some products may undergo Quality Check (QC) before delivery.
In such cases, the product may be opened for inspection and then repacked with a QC Checked label.

10. Product Unboxing Policy

Digital Tech Zone follows a Closed Box Delivery Policy.
Customers are requested to record a video while unboxing the product at home.
If there is any issue with the product, customers must report it within 24 hours with the unboxing video.

11. Pricing Policy

In case of any technical error on the website that results in incorrect product pricing, Digital Tech Zone reserves the right to cancel the order with or without prior notice.

Store Pickup Policy

Customers may also choose to collect their ordered products directly from a Digital Tech Zone store.

Products must be collected within the time confirmed by our support agent.
If the selected store does not have the product in stock, it may be transferred from another store.
In such cases, advance payment may be required.
If the product is not collected within 3 days of confirmation, the order may be cancelled.

Express Delivery Terms

Digital Tech Zone offers Express Delivery Service under the following conditions:

Express delivery is available only for products currently in stock.
Delivery charges depend on the product size and weight.
Orders confirmed before 11:00 AM may be delivered on the same day.
Orders confirmed after 11:00 AM will be delivered on the next working day.
For large or heavy products, delivery time may vary.
